Will be responsible for preparing concepts, design development, coordinate and review of drawings(both exterior and interior) with designers, engineers and contractors, handling other activities involved in construction of high-rise towers such as value engineering, concept enhancing, reflect view, select and approve finishes, compile all Architectural Schedules and Submittals from Site, Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers, check for any discrepancies to design codes and regulations, implement requirements from Mech’l and Structural Depts, review the project progress and conduct quality check, confirming adherence to needs and successful handover of the projects within the agreed budget & deadlines.
