Our client, a local group of companies, is urgently looking for an Administration Manager who will be based in their Abu Dhabi office. For this role, you will be responsible in providing support to all Senior Managers and be directly involved in the activities of the Chairman.
Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to senior management executives
- Gathering data and compiling various reports for management
- Coordinating office management activities for the administrator, executive or commission
- Researching, compiling, assimilating and preparing confidential and sensitive documents and brief the administrator or executive regarding content
- Reading and screening incoming correspondence and report and making preliminary assessment of the importance of materials and organizes documents, handling some matters personally and forwards appropriate materials to the administrator or executive and staff
- Receiving and screening incoming calls and visitors, determines which are priority matters and alerts the administrator or executive accordingly

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER – AED 30,000 Per Month. Abu Dhabi. Our client is currently offering a great opportunity to join their diversified group in Abu Dhabi overseeing their restaurant operations. The responsibilities of this role include budgeting and forecasting, timely and accurate period-end closing and reporting, managing audit relationships, financial analysis of performance, strategic planning and translation into financial plans. Additionally, you will manage production and development of KPIs, process monitoring and improvement, as well as ad hoc management reporting and analysis of margins and profitability and managing the cash activities and cash flow. Furthermore, you need to be Degree qualified with an additional CA, CPA, or similar qualification.
